HUNT Tech, LLC – Pro Staff Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the HUNT Tech, LLC (“Hunt Tech”) Pro Staff Affiliate Program (the “Program”).

By joining through Refersion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), which govern your participation in promoting Hunt Tech products — including Hunt Repellent and other branded merchandise.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
  
• Have an active online presence (website, social media, or marketing channel).
  
• Submit accurate information upon application.
• Be approved by Hunt Tech.

Hunt Tech reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates at any time, at its sole discretion.

3. Enrollment & Account Setup

• Apply via Refersion at https://hunt.refersion.com/affiliate/registration.
  
• Once approved, you’ll receive a unique referral link.
• All tracking, sales attribution, and commission processing are handled by Refersion.
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and contact information in your Refersion account.
  

4. Commission Tiers

Affiliates earn commission based on verified monthly referral revenue:

- Pro Staff: 10% commission | 30-day cookie | Less than $500/month in referral revenue

- Guide: 15% commission | 45-day cookie | Less than $1000/month in referral revenue | Special discounts on products and merchandise

- Top Guide: 20% commission | 60-day cookie | Over $1000/month in referral revenue 

*Access to sample products, exclusive merchandise, and opportunities to

attend media events, trade shows, and banquets. assignments are reviewed monthly and adjusted based on performance.

5. Payment & Payouts

• Payouts are managed through Refersion and issued according to its standard schedule.
  
• Commissions apply to net sales only (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds).
  
• Self-referrals, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions are ineligible for commission.
• Hunt Tech is not responsible for payment delays caused by inaccurate payment details.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates represent Hunt Tech’s brand publicly and are expected to maintain integrity and professionalism.

6.1 Permitted Channels

• Personal websites or blogs
• Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Podcasts, video reviews, and newsletters

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Use paid ads on Hunt Tech’s branded terms (e.g., “Hunt Repellent,” “HUNT Tech”)
  
• Use misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims
• Publish or associate with violent, obscene, or discriminatory content
• Engage in spam, bulk messaging, or coupon-sharing without approval
• Misrepresent affiliation with Hunt Tech (e.g., implying employment or ownership)

6.3 Brand Use

• Only approved Hunt Tech logos, media, and product images may be used.
  
• Do not alter, distort, or misuse any trademarked material.
• Affiliates must uphold ethical hunting, outdoor safety, and conservation values.

7. Disclosure & Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all FTC Endorsement Guidelines.

Each post or promotion must include a clear disclosure such as:

“#ad,” “#sponsored,” or “#HUNTProStaff.”

Failure to disclose may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of commissions.

Affiliates are responsible for compliance with all applicable advertising laws and tax regulations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, content, and product materials remain the exclusive property of HUNT Tech, LLC.

Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use such materials only for participation in the Program.

Unauthorized or continued use after termination is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination

Hunt Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
  
• Fraudulent or unethical conduct
• Inactivity or brand misalignment

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time via written notice to Hunt Tech or through their Refersion account.

Upon termination, no further commissions will accrue.

10. Modifications

Hunt Tech may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the affiliate page or Refersion portal.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Hunt Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

In no case shall Hunt Tech’s aggregate liability exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three months preceding a claim.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within that jurisdiction.
